JAJAH Calling Card App

The JAJAH Calling App is compatible with all major app stores and smartphones, creating a unique and powerful distribution option. The App operates exactly like the physical card -  it can be offered in any denomination, and the cost of the app equals the amount of call credit purchased. So if a customer buys a $10 calling card, they have $10 calling credit.

Once downloaded, the app displays the local access number and unique PIN. It also provides details of other local access numbers in more than 20 countries, so if they travel, the app comes too. The app is available for iPhone, iPad, Nokia, Windows Mobile 7 and BlackBerry.

JAJAH Calling Card online

The online store, which can be adapted to any brand, allows companies to offer the Calling Card for sale online. The customer selects the amount of credit they require, enter payment details via the secure payment gateway, and are then sent an SMS or email (depending on their preference) with a local access number and their unique PIN.

JAJAH Calling Cards for retail

This white label solution includes a design and print kit for companies wishing to produce and distribute calling cards via retail outlets. The physical cards can be produced in multiple denominations.

How JAJAH Calling Cards Work

Provided as a white label solution, service providers have total flexibility with regards to branding and distribution.

The call flow and credit top-up operates as follows:

1. Branded Calling Card is purchased, either from an app store, a retail outlet or online. Cards are sold with pre-loaded credit, the denominations are at the discretion of the service provider
   
2. Customers have the option to re gister the card either online or over the phone. The card can be associated with an existing account (if an existing post-pay customer) or the registration process can include credit card capture. An automatic top-up option can also be offered.
3. To make a call, customers dial a local number, which is published on the card, and enter the pin number which is hidden on the card beneath a scratch-off cover. They then dial the number of the person they wish to call. JAJAH provides local numbers in more than 200 countries.
4. Once the credit has been used, customers can either purchase a new card, top up their card online or over the phone. Under the auto-top-up program, once credit drops below a pre-set amount, the original credit supplied on the card is added.

Additional options:

• Friends and Family: For registered cards, customers can opt to pre-set up to ten phone numbers. Each phone number is assigned a number 0 through 9. When making a call, the customer dials the local number, enters the PIN, then enters the number 0-9 corresponding to the person they wish to call. Voice prompts can

  be offered to remind the caller of their pre-registered numbers.

• Roaming: Customers can take their calling card with them on their travels. JAJAH provides local numbers in more than 20 countries, which can be used when the customer travels abroad.
